About Us:

Learn. Achieve. Belong

L.A.B Pathways Inc. is a community-focused not-for-profit based in the Moreton Bay region supporting people who may face barriers to education, training and employment.

We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to move forward and recognise that everyone's journey looks different.

Our approach is practical and supportive. We meet people where they are, recognise their strengths and help them take meaningful steps towards their future.

With a focus on construction, civil, transport and warehousing industries, we help create pathways towards skills, training and employment.

More Than a Pathway

Success isn't about everyone following the same path. It's about helping people recognise their potential, overcome barriers and build the confidence to take their next step.

Learn new skills. Achieve meaningful goals. Belong to something bigger.

The L.A.B. Way

Learn. Achieve. Belong is more than what L.A.B. stands for, it reflects what we want every person to experience.

  • LEARN - Build skills. Discover strengths. Explore possibilities.

  • ACHIEVE - Take steps forward and turn potential into progress.

  • BELONG - Feel supported, valued and connected.

Learn with purpose. Achieve your goals. Know you belong!

Our Programs

Building Strong Foundations

For participants who need additional support before entering training or employment, we focus on building confidence, motivation and personal wellbeing while identifying and addressing barriers that may be holding them back.

Life & Employment Skills

We help participants develop practical skills for everyday life and the workplace. This can include setting up essential documents and accounts, preparing résumés and job applications, workplace communication, interview preparation and understanding employer expectations.

Explore Your Future

Not everyone knows what career they want, and that's okay.

Participants are given opportunities to explore different industries, learn about career pathways, visit workplaces and training environments, and discover where their interests and strengths may lead them.

Training & Industry Pathways

When participants are ready, we help connect them with practical training, workplace experience and employment opportunities.

Our key industry pathways include construction, civil, transport and warehousing, with a strong focus on practical skills and real-world industry exposure.

Support Doesn't Stop at the Door

Our role isn't simply to refer someone to training or employment and wish them luck.

Where possible, L.A.B continues to provide encouragement, mentoring and practical support as participants transition into their next stage.

Because sometimes getting the opportunity is only the beginning.

Partners & Community

Stronger pathways are built together

At L.A.B. Pathways, we believe meaningful change happens through connection and collaboration.

We work alongside community organisations, industry, employers, training providers and support services to help create genuine opportunities for people facing barriers to education, training and employment.

Through these relationships, we help connect participants with opportunities to build skills, explore industries and move towards training and employment.

Our Community & Industry Connections

We are proud to work alongside organisations and businesses that share our commitment to creating opportunities and stronger pathways for our community.
